Your subscription
Progress is licensed per user on a monthly or annual subscription. Plans, modules and user counts can be adjusted as your business grows.
Acceptable use
The platform is for legitimate business operations. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to store unlawful content.
Your data
Your job, customer and financial data remains yours. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request after account closure.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability and provide support during business hours, with onboarding and training included on every plan.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term. You can cancel before renewal, and no long-term lock-in contracts are required.
Changes to these terms
We'll notify account owners in advance of any material change to these terms.
